Our Story

Third Addition Construction was initially founded in 2003 in the State of Nevada which included projects in Reno, Carson City and Incline Village (Lake Tahoe).  These projects ranged from decks, kitchen remodels, stand-alone garages to complete remodels down to studs and new home construction.  Third Addition closed its doors during the recession that began in 2008 and has now re-opened its doors in my home State of Ohio.

During my years at Revere High School and University of Akron I worked for a local home builder gaining many years of experience in construction.  In 2003 just before my first child was born I decided to leave the corporate world and start my dream company, Third Addition Construction, for 2 main reasons; 1) I found it so gratifying making something out of nothing creating someone’s dream home and 2) I wanted to be home while I was starting my family as my corporate job had me traveling all around the world and it was important to me to be home as a father raising my kids.
